The Olympus MB-358 is a semi-disposable biopsy valve used on Olympus gastrointestinal endoscopes.

Its main functions are:

• Allowing the introduction of biopsy forceps and other instruments into the endoscope’s working channel
• Maintaining sealing and fluid tightness during endoscopic procedures
• Minimizing leakage of air, water, and biological material

It is part of the standard accessory set for diagnostic and therapeutic GI endoscopy.
